The idea is individual values, personality, leadership role/style etc may play a part in atitudes to the value of CSR? Although both theoretical and&lt;br /&gt;empirical papers are welcome, the emphasis will be placed on high quality&lt;br /&gt;empirical papers that have some practical managerial or public policy&lt;br /&gt;related orientation. We welcome papers grounded in various theoretical&lt;br /&gt;perspectives and utilizing various research methodologies."&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Completed papers should be sent to the Guest Editor before December 30,&lt;br /&gt;2007.
